Our apple chips are hand-cut from certified organic apples, and dried in small batches here on the farm. We add nothing but time and warm air to everyone's favorite varieties and the outcome is a chip that is both perfectly crispy, and melts in your mouth. When the apple is dried the sugars and unique flavor of the fruit is enhanced, so each variety has a distinct flavor profile, allowing you to really get a concentrated taste of your favorite apple. The honeyscrisp is a farm favorite.
All chips are sold in quantities of 4 - 2 oz bags, and 2 - 4 oz bags.
